 | Mr. David Hottman Position: CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT & CEO
Mr. Hottman is one of the founders of Portal Resources Ltd. and brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and management within the mining sector. He was a founder of Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. serving as Chairman and CEO from 1997 to 2007. Nevada Pacific Gold proved great success as an aggressive gold and silver production/exploration company focused in Nevada, USA and Mexico prior to a hostile takeover by USGold in March 2007. Before starting Nevada Pacific, David was a founding team member of Eldorado Gold Corporation (1992 to 1997), an aggressive gold production/exploration company focused in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Turkey. Mr. Hottman has been involved in raising over $300 million for these companies. Prior to Eldorado, Mr. Hottman worked with Bema Gold Corporation.

 | Mr. Mark Brown, CA Position: CFO / DIRECTOR
Mr. Brown began his career as a Chartered Accountant working for PricewaterhouseCoopers before working in senior financial management positions with public companies. His expertise is in the mining industry, and while Controller of Miramar Mining Corp. and then Eldorado Gold Corporation, was directly involved in several acquisitions, cash management and control, equity and debt financings, corporate reportings and international tax planning. Mr. Brown was appointed CFO for Portal Resources, effective March 1, 2008.

 | Mr. Frank Wheatley, BComm., LLB Position: DIRECTOR
Mr. Wheatley is currently Vice President and General Counsel of Gabriel Resources Ltd. and has 20 years of industry experience as a director and senior officer of, and legal counsel to, a number of public mining companies. Prior to his involvement with Gabriel, Mr. Wheatley was the Vice President Legal Affairs with Eldorado Gold Corporation where he played a significant role in the rapid international growth of that organization. Mr. Wheatley brings extensive legal knowledge to the Company and will guide Management through the acquisition, development and management of its property portfolio in South America.

 | Mr. Joe Tai Position: DIRECTOR
Mr. Joe Tai, 43, is the Managing Partner of Goldpac Investments Ltd., with a head office in Vancouver, British Columbia and associate offices in Toronto, Ontario and Hong Kong, China. His main business is to invest and co-invest with other firms in private and public companies in North America and Asia. Through these investments, Mr. Tai provides assistance with restructuring, securing financing and searching for strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities. In 1998, Mr. Tai founded NAI Interactive Ltd. ("NAI"), which was subsequently acquired by Chinese WorldNet.com Inc. ("CWN"), a U.S. publicly-held company that was also founded by him. NAI has become one of the largest Chinese investor relations and public relations firms in North America. Mr. Tai is currently a director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of CWN as well as director of various publicly traded companies listed on the TSX.

 | Winnie Wong C.A. Position: DIRECTOR
Ms. Wong received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) from Queen's University in 1996 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. She is currently Vice President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. Her role is to manage the financial administration team and to assist Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd.'s management group on corporate finance projects.
Prior to joining Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd., Ms. Wong was the controller of Pivotal Corporation, a company providing software, services and support to a variety of businesses. Between 1996 and 1999, Ms. Wong worked with Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants.
Ms. Wong acts as the CFO and Corporate Secretary for other publicly listed companies.

 | Gary Nordin, B.Sc (Geol. hons) Position: OIL/GAS ADVISORY BOARD / DIRECTOR
He is a leading exploration geologist with a proven track record of identifying and developing mining projects. For example, as a co-founding Director and Vice President of Bema Gold Corporation, he successfully identified significant open pit type heap leach gold reserves in the United States and Chile, including the Refugio deposit (6 to 8 million oz). Subsequently, as a founding Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Consulting Geologist of Eldorado Corporation Ltd. from 1990 to 2000, Mr. Nordin participated in the discovery and development of several important gold deposits, including the La Colorada Mine in Mexico (1.0 million oz.), the Kisladag deposit (8.0 million oz.) in Turkey, as well as others.
Throughout his career Gary has amassed many contacts within the industry which will assist Portal in bringing significant oil and gas opportunities to the table.
Mr. Nordin has served on the Board of Directors of several publicly listed exploration and mining companies, was a Director and Vice President, Exploration for Portal Resources and a Director of Nevada Pacific Gold before its takeover by US Gold. He is currently a Director of Canasil Resources and a Consultant to Portal.

 | Mr. John M. MacRae, M.Sc., B.Sc., P. Geol. Position: OIL/GAS ADVISORY BOARD
Mr. MacRae is an accomplished petroleum geologist with over 40 years experience in Canada's oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience evaluating the geology and undiscovered petroleum and natural gas potential of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, as well as all British Columbia onshore and offshore sedimentary basins. Mr. MacRae's past experience includes positions of increasing responsibility with the Province of British Columbia Ministry of Energy & Mines, serving as Director of Petroleum Geology (1988-1998), Section Head Reservoir Geology (1986-1988), and Reservoir Geologist (1982-1986). Currently, through his private consulting company, he provides advisory services to major Canadian oil and gas companies. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, and past President of the Geological Association of Canada, Pacific Section.

 | Mr. Barry J. Reid Position: OIL/GAS ADVISORY BOARD
Mr. Reid is an accomplished mechanical engineer (University of Alberta 1984)
with 25 years of oil and gas experience in Western Canada covering all
aspects of the oil and gas business from corporate start ups, project
evaluations and acquisitions through design and implementation, to the
management and optimization of production projects. Most recently he has
successfully built and sold two of his own private E&P companies.
During his career Mr. Reid has held positions with Husky Energy/Renaissance
Energy and Dome Petroleum among others. As a Senior Exploitation Engineer
with Husky Energy Mr. Reid's responsibilities included pool development,
optimization and an ongoing review of new techniques for horizontal
drilling, water shut-offs, stimulations and re-completions. His
accomplishments include the full cycle development of the Suffield Military
Block with estimated original oil in place of 65 million barrels completing
35 horizontal wells and associated facilities within a 6 month timeframe;
production peaked at 1,800 barrels of oil per day.

 | Peter Boyle Position: OIL/GAS ADVISORY BOARD
Mr. Boyle has 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry in various
technical positions with major, intermediate and junior start-up companies.
He has been successful in finding and exploiting oil and gas discoveries of
varying types in Western Canada.
He managed all geological aspects for the development of the 25 million
barrel Wayne Nisku Oil Field where production peaked at 7,000 barrels per
day. His experience also includes risk mitigation strategies integrating
geological, seismic, and engineering data to develop successful well
re-completion, and production optimization practices. Since 2003 he has also
evaluated projects in Central America, and throughout the USA.
