Mr. David Hottman
Position: Chairman, President and CEO
Mr. Hottman is one of the founders of Portal Resources Ltd. and brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and management within the mining sector. He was a founder of Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. serving as Chairman and CEO from 1997 to 2007. Nevada Pacific Gold proved great success as an aggressive gold and silver production/exploration company focused in Nevada, USA and Mexico prior to a hostile takeover by USGold in March 2007. Before starting Nevada Pacific, David was a founding team member of Eldorado Gold Corporation (1992 to 1997) an aggressive gold production/exploration company focused in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Turkey. Mr. Hottman has been involved in raising over $300 million for these companies. Prior to Eldorado he worked with Bema Gold Corporation.

Position: CFO / DIRECTOR
Mr. Brown began his career as a Chartered Accountant working for PricewaterhouseCoopers before working in senior financial management positions with public companies. His expertise is in the mining industry, and while Controller of Miramar Mining Corp. and then Eldorado Gold Corporation, was directly involved in several acquisitions, cash management and control, equity and debt financings, corporate reportings and international tax planning.
Mr. Brown was appointed CFO for Portal Resources, effective March 1, 2008.

Position: VP Exploration
Mr. Alex Boronowski brings over 30 years of experience in the Mineral Exploration and Mining Industry. He has held staff and management positions in exploration, as well as operating mines, for both major mining companies such as Cominco, Texasgulf, Kidd Creek and TOTAL as well as variety of North America and international junior companies. He has extensive experience in both North America as well as internationally for a wide variety of commodities including base and precious metals.

Position: Director
Mr. Winfield has over 30-years experience in the mining industry in various positions for both major and junior mining companies. Key roles include Geologist, Vice President Exploration and Chief Executive Officer in which he directed the evaluation, acquisition and development of projects in North and South America as well as Europe. Since 1987, he has been extensively involved in Latin America in exploration and development of precious metal deposits in Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina. Additionally Bruce is a Director of Intrepid Minerals Corporation and Trade Winds Ventures Inc.

Position: Director
Mr. Gary Nordin brings 35 years of mineral industry experience to the Board of Portal Resources Ltd. in the area of evaluating gold and other mineral deposits. Gary is a Director of Polaris Minerals Corp. and a past Director of Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. Gary was a founding member and Director of Eldorado Gold Corporation from 1991-2001 where he was responsible for property evaluation as well as exploration and development of the Company's gold projects and mines. He was also a founding member and Director of Bema Gold Corporation where he played a key role in the exploration and commercial development of the Champagne Mine in Idaho and is credited with the co-discovery of Bema's six million-ounce Refugio Gold Deposit in Chile.

Position: Director
Mr. Wheatley is currently the Vice President and General Counsel of Gabriel Resources Ltd. and has 20 years industry experience as a director and senior officer of, and legal counsel to, a number of public mining companies. Prior to his involvement with Gabriel, Mr. Wheatley was the Vice President Legal Affairs with Eldorado Gold Corporation where he played a significant role in the rapid international growth of that organization. Frank brings extensive legal knowledge to the Company and will guide management through the acquisition, development and management of its property portfolio in South America.
