  Portal Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: PDO) is pursuing unconventional oil and gas opportunities in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin ("WCSB"), with two joint ventures for the exploration and development of known hydrocarbon bearing shale and sand/shale formations in Alberta and is evaluating the acquisition of a portfolio of other prospects in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
To gain exposure to high value demand-driven international markets, the Company is also evaluating conventional oil and gas opportunities in other parts of the world.
